We’ve developed a revolutionary and comprehensive approach to training real estate assistants. Our passion is making sure Real Estate Assistants have the chance to succeed in their role! The Assistant Institute helps agents hire and train their assistants.

 

Our dedicated virtual staff members are always available for agents who are not yet ready to hire supporting them in various phases of the buying and selling process.

LOREÉ MOORE

President/CEO

Loreé Moore has spent almost 20 years in real estate. While she enjoyed being a licensed real estate agent, she discovered her strengths lay in her superb organizational skills and attention to detail.  She turned her talents and real estate insight to running several agent teams, which resulted in the creation, implementation and constant updating of systems to help agents run their businesses more efficiently.  Because of her success in bringing order out of chaos, Loreé spent several years as a Market Center Administrator for two separate Keller Williams offices in Atlanta, where she oversaw the financial management and reporting of offices with 250+ agents each, with attention towards fiscal compliance with state, company and brokerage guidelines.  She and her husband Chris have two children -- their son is a United States Marine and their daughter is in high school and a member of the Precision Rifle Team.

DIANE BLACK

Director of Training

One of Diane Black’s first college summer jobs was working in a small real estate office creating flyers for new listings with nothing but a typewriter and a flair for marketing. After graduating from  UNC-Chapel Hill, she spent time as a marketing coordinator at an architect/engineering firm before finding herself drawn again to real estate marketing with a regional developer in the tri-state New York City area. This led to a career in mortgage lending, where she rose to vice president of mortgage policy at Barnett Bank. After a move to Atlanta, she joined a team at Keller Williams in 2007-- just as the housing market crashed. After growing a virtual assistant business serving up to 35 agents, she accepted the position of Director of Operations for one of KW’s top teams in 2013. Along the way, she also became a licensed real estate agent. Currently, she is the Director of Agent Services for a 350+ KW office, and enjoys organizing agent onboarding, training and answering a constant stream of “how to” questions. She and her husband Bill have two adult children.
